concludes online training for Education Ministry teachers

MUSCAT — Knowledge, the leading knowledge-based community platform in the country, recently concluded its online school e-learning courses with a number of Omani educators successfully graduating, targeted primarily at Northern Sharqiyah Ministry of Education teachers, and to educators across the country. The participants completed the online training programme to advance their professional development and their skill sets in the classroom.

This forms part of the e-learning courses at KO School promoting free education in the country, in which over 300 individuals have so far benefited from this e-learning platform. Salwa al Jahthami, a lecturer at the school and a teacher in northern Sharqiyah region, noted, “E-learning is the future, with its flexibility, collaboration methods and convenient online tools. It’s a privilege to be part of the School bringing benefits to the local and regional community.”

Educators advanced their skills in techniques of mind mapping using MindJet MindManager and advanced usage of MS Office PowerPoint 2007, with enrollments for 20 participants in each course to enable close interactions. Th………..
